Durban - Jumah at Grey Street Mosque, Dhikr at Westville Soofie Mosque

Sunrise over the Indian Ocean heralded the time for Salat al-Ishraq.

Hafez Abu Bakr Mahomed introduces Shaykh Nazim to the crowd of 5,000 worshippers.

Following the Hanafi Madhhab, which prefers the Jumah Khutba to be in Arabic, Shaykh Nazim gave a pre-khutba discourse in 
English, followed by the official khutba and salat.

Following salat, a janaza the gathered worshippers recited Salawat and Salaam on Rasulullah, sall-Allahu `alayhi was sallam.

Gathered worshippers then greeted Mawlana Shaykh Nazim.

An elegant dinner served tot he Shaykh and his entourage at the Westville Soofie Masjid.

Tasbih and du`a followed the sunnah prayers.

Hafez Abu Bakr Mahomed then introduced both Shaykhs in detail. 

Following the eloquent sohbat by Shaykh Nazim, salawat and salaams were recited on behalf of the Prophet, and out of love for him, sall-Allahu `alayhi wa sallam.
