Shaykh Nazim in Durban

Shaykh Nazim visits the grave of the father of the Tar family, after which he attends brunch at the home of Omar Tar.

Following Salat, Shaykh Nazim was presented by Hafez Fuzail Soofie. He was then "decorated" with shawls from the various Islamic organizations sponsoring the Shaykh's visit in Durban.

Here Mawlana Abdur Raouf Soofie places a Chisti shawl on Mawlana Shaykh's shoulders.

Following the sohbat by Mawlana Shaykh then Salawat and Salaam on the Prophet, peace be upon him, sall-Allahu `alayhi wa sallam, followed by the standard baya` ceremony, in which approximately 800 took part.

Shaykh Nazim was then driven with his entourage to a town outside La Mercy, northwest of Durban. There he led salat al-'Isha in the town's main mosque and gave a sobhat. 

Tea and sweets were served after the talk and Mawlana stayed quite late answering questions, and conversing with the local Imam and ulama.
